Our Disaster Relief program stands committed to aiding individuals impacted by various crises worldwide, ranging from natural disasters to conflicts. Our interventions span from localized community events to larger regional catastrophes, encompassing earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, and fires.
In the immediate aftermath of a disaster, Ashraful Aid responds swiftly, typically within 24 to 48 hours, delivering vital relief such as shelter, food, water, and other necessities to help survivors cope with the initial aftermath.
Furthermore, we are dedicated to long-term recovery efforts, including the reconstruction of homes and communities, support for livelihoods through income-generating activities, and provision of psychosocial trauma support as necessary.
Over the past year, our response teams have tackled ten major disaster events and intervened in 110 incidents, ensuring aid reaches over 100,000 individuals.
Moving forward, our focus remains on strengthening our capacities in water relief and search and rescue operations.
