Cholera outbreak in Hammanskraal

The first cases of cholera have been reported in the early part of May and has rapidly gotten worse. In February 2023, the people of Mpumalanga in South Africa were affected by severe floods. This caused extensive damage to homes, infrastructure, and farms in the region. The floods also affected thousands of households, and several roads were closed due to damage caused by the heavy downpours and rockfalls.
